PRODUCT MANAGER, KYEPOT

Product Management

  • Defining product vision and managing agile execution through well-defined product roadmaps.

  • Led and assisted in creation of two week development sprints. 

  • Managed and assisted with creation and maintenance of Kanban boards and Scrum boards.

  • Prioritisation of features, tasks and defects amongst all items within the Product Backlog.

  • Wrote Requirements Guidelines such as Product Requirements, User Stories and Design Requirements.

  • Worked closely with the Engineering & Design teams to prioritize, plan and deliver quick releases.

  • Conducting QA post each development cycle to ensure minimal defect releases.

  • Assisted Data Science team with Business insights of early stage customers and risk analysis on a regular basis for formation and maturity of risk analysis process.

  • Implemented features from requirements established via clients or users. 

  • Led development of features which resulted in high engagement - 54% of all users visited the developed screen 2600 times/month. 

  • Re-worked journeys leading to increased registrations of users by 42% and & key journeys by 41%.

  • Led and assisted activities for migration of partner legacy data to KyePot’s platform.

User Experience and Interaction Design

  • Led and assisted in user experience strategies defined for development of features and user stories.

  • Created wireframes and interactive prototypes. 

  • Undertook UX writing - to add clear, concise and useful content in user journeys, features, error states and screens across the mobile app and web platform.

  • Created, managed and monitored interactions in the mobile app and web platform. 

  • Usability audit and testing.

  • Implemented trending conventions and interactions, so elements of the entire app were familiar and easy to use and learn. 


Analytics

  • Setup of Mixpanel Analytics for the mobile app and web platform. 

  • Tracked user events, profiles and properties. Events were used to track metrics, conduct funnel analysis of important journeys, troubleshoot and analyse user journeys for refinement and improvements. Used this data to guide marketing & product strategies. 

  • Tracked user behaviour via Mixpanel, Metabase, Google Analytics and Facebook Pixel.


Engagement

  • Engaged users via promotional SMS setup via in-house custom SMS portal. 

  • Created and scheduled emails from Hubspot and Mixpanel. 

  • Created and sent push notification and email campaigns on Mixpanel on the platform to generate engagement, personalisation and gratification.

  • Wrote content and specs for automated email, sms, in-app and push notifications sent to users from the KyePot platform. These were transactional notifications and personalised emails to inform and engage with users. 


Growth and Product Marketing

  • Created app demo videos for initial growth hacking for engagement from B2B partners

  • Led and assisted with KyePot AMAs on Facebook (12)

  • Created videos of customer testimonials for KyePot (12)

  • Setup of SEO for the website and ASO for the Play Store. 

  • Optimised Play Store listing with ASO to get a 43% increase in organic acquisition. Created A/B experiments leading to a 30% increase in downloads.

  • Setting up blog articles on WordPress.

  • Conducting interviews and recording interview videos of end users.

Gamification

  • Wrote content and specs for user badges and achievements.

  • Gamified the in-app currency (kCash) to give users a detailed, holistic and transparent view of rewards (Screenshot)
